Hewenden Score Tracker is the club matchday app.

Coaches sign in with Google. We keep their name and email so the club can allowlist who can run a team.

Parents can sign in with Google when they open an availability link from the coach, or when they open that side's next-game watch page. We keep their Google name and email so we can link them to their child and record whether that child is In or Out for a match. The live pitch and club Watch stay public — you can follow a live game without signing in.

Squad and match records — player names, events, and scores — are kept so coaches can run Hewenden Junior matches.

Google handles sign-in. Records sit in the club’s Neon database, with a copy of fixtures and squad lists (player names, no parent details) kept in Notion. The site is hosted by Vercel. We don’t sell personal data.
